WolfPack Organisation Structure

The WolfPack organisational structure is a simple yet highly effective way to manage the group. The following sections contain information about positions and responsibilities.

Imperial Guard

WolfPack: Imperial Guard Logo An Imperial Guard (IG) is a person who has been in the group for a minimum of 2 years, is highly respected and has the power/authority to do just about anything to protect the clan - should it be required.

The primary role of an IG is to protect the clan from either external and internal threats or problems. Their secondary roles are to provide support to members when needed and to advise the clan leader on what is the best path for the future.

In the absence of a group leader an IG has absolute power and authority over the group.

An IG has absolute authority and power over all other ranks except clan 1IC.

Council Member

WolfPack: Council Member A Council Member (CM) is a person who has been in the clan for a minimum of 1 year and has been selected by the group to represent different views and to vote in an unbiased way on current matters.

The primary role of a CM is to vote on matters. Their secondary roles are to investigate future paths for the clan and spot possible issues before they arise, perform votes on members (new or existing).

A CM only has authority or power - over clan matters - when there is no IG or group leader present - even then their authority is limited to a maximum of 72 hour bans.

Server Administrator

WolfPack: Server Administrator A Server Administrator (SA) is a person who has been in the clan for a minimum of 1 year 6 months or has been selected for a special administration reason/purpose. The term ‘Server Administrator’ can relate to a ‘Voice communications server administrator’ or ‘Game server administrator’.

The primary role of a SA is to ensure the smooth running of the server. Their secondary roles are to investigate (where applicable) which are the best ways to administrate the server (maps, mods, room structure etc).

A SA only has authority or power - over clan matters - when there are no IG, CM, or group leader are present - even then their authority is limited to a maximum of 72 hour bans for clan matters.

An SA has absolute authority and power over the server they are in charge of providing their are no higher ranking officers present.

Forum Administrator

WolfPack: Forum Administrator A Forum Administrator (FA) is a person who has been in the clan for a minimum of 2 years or has been selected for a special administration reason/purpose.

The primary role of a FA is to protect the forums from either external or internal threats or problems. Their secondary roles are to ensure forum registrations are monitored and administrated, the forum rules are followed (e.g. flaming, signature sizes, appropriate images) and/or creation of new boards - everything that Forum Moderators (FA) cannot do.

A FA only has authority or power - over clan matters - when there is no IG, CM, SA, or group leader present - even then their authority is limited to a maximum of 72 hour bans for clan matters.

An FA has absolute authority and power over the forums they are in charge of providing their are no higher ranking officers present except for deletion of forum accounts.

Forum Moderator

WolfPack: Forum Moderator A Forum Moderator (FM) is a person who has been in the clan for a minimum of 1 year 6 months or has been selected for a special administration reason/purpose.

The primary role of a FM is to ensure the smooth running of the forums. Their secondary roles are to ensure the forum is/are clean, neat and well organised as well as making sure that the forum rules are followed(e.g. no flaming, signature sizes, appropriate images).

A FM only has authority or power - over clan matters - when there is no IG, CM, SA, FA or group leader present - even then their authority is limited to a maximum of 24 hour bans for clan matters.

An FM has absolute authority and power over the forum rooms they are moderating providing their are no higher ranking officers present except for deletion of forum accounts.

Recruitment Officer

WolfPack: Recruitment Officer A Recruitment Officer (RO) is a person who has been in the clan for a minimum of 6 months or has been selected for a special administration reason/purpose.

The primary role of a RO is to monitor the forums for new applicants, responding to and ‘passing’ or ‘failing’ of each application as necessary. Their secondary roles are to provide feedback to the clan about successful new recruits.

A RO only has authority or power - over clan matters - when there is no IG, CM, SA, FA, FM or group leader present - even then their authority is limited to a maximum of 24 hour bans for clan matters.

An RO has absolute authority and power over the recruitment process and who is accepted and who is not.

Moral Officer

WolfPack: Moral Officer A Moral Officer (MO) is a person who has been in the clan for a minimum of 1.5 year or has been selected for a special administration reason/purpose.

The primary role of a MO is to ensure the happiness and well being of the clan. Their secondary roles are to ensure that members are communicating well between each other and that members remember that games are just game and that its about the people you play with that count.

A MO only has authority or power - over clan matters - when there is no IG, CM, SA, FA, FM, RO or group leader present - even then their authority is limited to a maximum of 24 hour bans for clan matters.

An MO has no extended powers.

Division Leader

WolfPack: Division Leader A Division Leader (DL) is a person who has been in the clan for a minimum of 6 months or has been selected for a special administration reason/purpose.

The primary role of a DL is to manage a selected division within the clan. Their secondary roles are all other aspects concerning their division(e.g scrim management, recruitment etc).

A DL only has authority or power - over clan matters - when there are no IG or group leader present.

A DL has absolute authority and power over the division they are running.

Division 2IC

WolfPack: Division 2IC A Division 2IC (D2IC) is a person who has been in the clan for a minimum of 6 months or has been selected for a special administration reason/purpose.

The primary role of a D2IC is to assist a DL in the management of a division. Their secondary roles are assisting management of all aspects of a division (e.g scrim management, recruitment etc).

A D2IC only has authority or power - over division matters - when there are no DL present.

Division 3IC

WolfPack: Division 3IC A Division 3IC (D2IC) is a person who has been in the clan for a minimum of 6 months or has been selected for a special administration reason/purpose.

The primary role of a D3IC is to assist a DL and D2IC in the management of a division. Their secondary roles are assisting management of all aspects of a division(e.g scrim management, recruitment etc).

A D3IC only has authority or power - over division matters - when there are no DL or D2IC present.

Note: when a rank is mentioned to have ‘absolute authority and power over’ the rank is still bound by the rules of WolfPack and can only act within those limits
