The Wolf Pack clan: Organisational Structure

The Wolf Pack clan organisational structure is simple yet a highly effective way to manage the clan. The following sections contain detailed information about positions and responsibilities of each position.

Scrims officer

Scrims officer - a person who assists the division leader by organising scrims for that division. The assigned person goes to other clans websites, signs up for their forums and communicates with them on behalf of your division - The takes the job of arranging scrims off the division leader - all the division leader has to do is provide a date and time and the scrims officer should do the rest. This person should be well spoken and polite as they will be representing the clan to other clans.

Tactical Officer

Tactical Officer - a person who advises the whole division as to what good practices are for the game they play, they usually know the game fairly well. This person has played most, if not all maps. During scrims a tactical officers job is to go over the map to be played before the scrim and then advise the division on what is the best positions/tactics for winning the map. This person usually is very good at the game and is good at tactics.

Recruitment Officer

Recruitment Officer - The recruitment officer is the person responsible for monitoring the forums for new applications for their division, responding to and "passing" or "failing" each application as necessary, when trialing new members that are successful applicants and then providing a "he was successful" or "unsuccessful" feedback to the clan leader.

Every person in the clan is a recruitment officer, and has the authority to invite new members into the clan, trial the new members and authorise their acceptance so long as the person being trialed fulfills the joining requirements (see How to join for requirements)

Forum admin officer

Forum admin officer - the forum moderators job is to monitor the status of the divisions forum section and to provide management when needed. This person is also responsible for keeping the forums under control should an arguement occour, they are also to post on the forums important notices from the division leader, as well as co-ordinate efforts with the recruitement officer.

Website Officer

Website Officer - this person is responsible for the divisions website content. They should be well spoken and reasonably good at english but this is not essential. Any content will be passed to the Clan website officer who will then upload it to the website. Preferable skills for this person would be the ability to build website content not using any Graphical User Interface interface.

My thanks goes to Geo for his production of the organisational structure images.
